Hemingford House is a modern dwelling built in the 1950's situated in the popular unspoilt tourist town of Padstow, on the rugged and beautiful North Cornish Coastline. It is situated just a few minutes walk from the picturesque harbour front, narrow, windy, typically cornish streets, shops, and the famous Rick Stein seafood restaurant, along with the many others this quaint harbour town has to offer. Hemingford House has two letting rooms, one double ensuite bedroom and one twin bedded room with private facilities....the bedrooms are centrally heated and have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer to make your stay more comfortable...... We don't believe in locking our guests out during the daytime, so you will be provided with a key to allow you access at all times....... For those that prefer to leave the car here in our safe off road parking and simply use public transport, there is a bus stop within 25 yards, giving you access to more distant walk start points and local bays. We are able to look after bikes if you are planning to try the Camel Trail, mend them if necessary and dry out your wet weather gear.....
We offer a Full English breakfast to keep you going for most of the day, but should you wish something lighter we can of course do that to........

Cornwall during the winter months offers a truly different experience....peace and quiet, empty beaches to stroll along, days of rough wild seas lashing against the rocks, these are all not to be missed...... For those that enjoy cycling, the famous Camel Trail is just 800 yards away, or, if you prefer the open seas, why not take a boat trip from the harbour for a days fishing or simply to see the sights...... the stunning coastal path is also very easily accessible, or for those wishing to soak up the sun and relax, some of Cornwalls most beautiful coves and beaches are within a few miles...... as are some of Cornwalls famous gardens with Prideaux Place just 4 minutes drive..... | ||||||||
