Old Solomons Farm

A warm welcome awaits guests at Old Solomons Farm
and if a rural setting is a change for you, you are sure to be entertained by their
menagerie of geese, ducks, chickens, pigs, cats and their friendly border collie, whilst enjoying the
wonderful hospitality of your hosts Mike and Margaret....

Accommodation

Set in 50 acres of open pasture and woodland on the banks of the River Tamar, Old Solomons Farm is a
real hidden gem.....

The farmhouse sleeps up to 6 guests with a choice of three large double bedrooms, but Mike and Margaret believe in restful relaxing breaks and you will be their sole guests regardless of how many there are in your party.......

Alternatively you can enjoy B&B in the Apple Loft which is situated just across the farm yard. The loft sleeps two people in open plan accommodation featuring ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area for cooking evening meals and a living dining space with TV and DVD. Breakfast is served for you in the farmhouse dining room or if you prefer to cook for yourself we are happy to provide you with the makings.....
We are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets as we have our own farm dogs to consider.

Breakfast at Old Solomons Farm

Mike is the Cornish king of breakfasts and will cook you locally grown and cured bacon, organic sausages and our own farm eggs. Start with fruit, cereal , organic yoghurt and fresh fruit juice. Ring the changes with Cornish smoked kippers and scrambled eggs.

Location
The Tamar Valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the river is the natural boundary between Devon and Cornwall. Latchley is two miles from Gunnislake, half way between Tavistock and Callington and between Launceston and Saltash. There is so much to see and do in the immediate area and further afield.
