Penkerris Bed & Breakfast is a truly enchanting, creeper clad Edwardian residence situated on the very edge of the unspoilt village of St Agnes on Cornwalls rugged Northern coastline.
It is set in a large, lawned garden which is fully equipped with comfy chairs, picnic tables, bar-b-que and a children's play area.
St Agnes is the ideal base for visitors wishing to explore all areas of Cornwall, as well as those wishing to sit back and relax as there are three beaches within walking distance, the stunning coastal path and the villages selection of shops, delightful olde-worlde pubs and several excellent restaurants....

Penkerris is a real 'home from home' bed and breakfast featuring a selection of comfortable, colour co-ordinated double, twin and triple rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with TV, clock radio, drink making facilities, shaver points and hot & cold water. Dorothy is also very happy for guests to make use
of their bedrooms during the day to rest or, there is a bright cosy lounge with a large colour TV, and a log fire during the chilly months if guests prefer.
The lawn is large enough for guests to play badminton and there are swings and a slide to keep the children amused.
Penkerris is situated just a half a mile from the beaches of St Agnes and the beach hut on Trevaunance Cove is available for use by guests and is perfect for changing, making picnics or simply admiring the view from its elevated position.
Breakfast and Dinner, for guests wishing to stay half board, is served in the beautiful dining room with its moulded ceiling, portraits, blue glass and copperware.
Penkerris is very easy to find:- Turn off the big roundabout on the A30, take B3277
to St Agnes (3 miles). Penkerris is the 1st house on the right after the village and 30 mile limit sign.
Penkerris is within walking distance of three beaches. Trevaunance Cove has the remains of the old harbour on one side and many delightful little rock pools on the other. Chapel Porth is magnificent, with soft sand, great craggy cliffs, huge caves and deep pools. There is a nice little beach café there and also toilets.
Trevellas Porth is smaller and has no facilities.
